Artwork Upload

In order for us to ensure the best possible results from your artworks, please follow our guidelines when scanning. 

1. Please batch the artwork into classes or groups and scan and upload one class/group at a time. Our system allows for up to 16 classes/groups to be uploaded at one time. If you have more than this, please kindly repeat the step. 

2. Please ensure to use a proper scanner with clean glass. Unfortunately, we can’t accept photos of the artwork as these do not provide a high enough quality image. 

3. Please use a setting of at least 200 DPI (dots per inch) 

   If you need any technical help regarding scanning, we suggest searching within YouTube, using your specific scanner model in the search option.
